Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a hassle-free process for order cancellations and modifications.

CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel your order within 24 hour after placing you order. Once we have started the process, we cannot cancel.

REFUNDS

• Incase the article is damaged or faulty, we will try to fix the issue or you can ask for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the returned product is received.

 EXCHANGES

• If you would like to exchange an item, you're welcome to do so if you have ordered in our standard size. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
