Exchange and return policy
We offer one week return/exchange policy only for standard articles. Customize outfits won't be exchanged or refunded unless the mistake is from our side. Customers can return or exchange their purchased items within a week.
Refund Policy
Payment for returned items will be made one week after the items have been received by us via bank transfer. Customers can provide their bank details through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp.
