* We try our best to ensure that the colors on the images accurately reflect the actual color of the garment. However, there might be slight variances because of several things like makeup of cloth dyes, the climate at the time of dying, and variations in display output because of color settings, lighting, monitor capabilities and photography.
Silk based fabrics may have natural darker threads due to uneven yards which are part of its weaving process. The raw appearance of the fabric is its appeal.

We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on time. Once the order is made on our store, a confirmation message is sent to the number mentioned on the order form. Prior to dispatching, a confirmation call is made to the customer. Moreover, a call is made by the logistics company to confirm the expected time and day of delivery. Customers are requested to stay on the lookout for calls to avoid a hassle free delivery.
The shipment is handled by our logistics partners and the riders are instructed not to hand over the package prior to payment. Please understand that in the event of any problem the rider cannot and would not return the parcel. However, you can always reach our customer care at +92-331-2468777. The problem will be dealt with care and measures taken appropriately.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders are typically delivered within 14 to 16 business days. While delivery times may vary based on your location, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items as expected.
EXCHANGES
Any regular size product purchased from us can be exchanged depending on the availability, within 7 days of receiving the product. Make sure it is unused and the labels/tags are in original state.
- No exchanges on custom orders
- No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
- Customers will have to pack the return items and send us on our address.

REFUNDS
Refund will be made within 7 days after receiving the return parcel.
